This hotel offers excellent value for money with spacious rooms and tea and coffee making facilities. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, and the dining experience was great with a fantastic buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of.
The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side.

The location was decent and peaceful, only 5 minutes walk to Gynn Square. The hotel itself was in a particularly good area, short walk to tram stop very close, good view of the beach as well as town centre, tram and bus stop.

The room was ridiculously tiny, and I could barely move without bumping into furniture. Plus, the noise from a rambunctious group of teenagers running through the halls all night made it impossible to get any sleep. Total chaos!

We had a fantastic stay with great value for the price, and our room had a lovely sea view. The location was ideal, right on the front, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
The breakfast offerings could benefit from a wider variety of options.

We booked a last minute holiday, the only room available was a family room, on the second floor,we were pleased with the lift right to the door. The food was wonderful and the evening entertainment was second to none.We have stayed in four star hotels that are below these standards, Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Had a lovely romantic escape with beautiful sea view from our room! The location is super convenient, with a tram stop right outside that takes you to all attractions. The food was surprisingly good for a budget stay too, which made our evenings more enjoyable.
We faced a major hassle with parking since it was all taken up by staff. Plus, the decor looks outdated and definitely needs some TLC.

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay here with my family. The rooms were spacious and clean, with great decor. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the kids were kept entertained. Just watch out for the pool-it can get a bit crowded. A wonderful experience!

The food was very nice, great choice for evening meal, staff very efficient and polite. Bedrooms comfortable but smaller than expected especially the bathroom for the money we spent. Entertainment was a good standard. An overall pleasant stay.
Location was abit further away from town centre than we had hoped but the seaview was nice.
